How long will my order take to arrive?

For in stock items, we will get your items shipped as quickly as possible, usually within a week.

For pre-orders, check your pre-order release date; we aim to ship all orders within 7 days of release.

Domestic packages are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour only, these arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.

International orders are sent tracked and signed, can take anything from 5 days to 8 weeks as a result of the Covid19 outbreak. NB you may be charged import duty and tax by your home country upon receipt.


Can I get a refund?
We can’t do refunds for things like imperfect packaging or minor scuffs that inevitably happen during the shipping process. If your record doesn’t work or sounds terrible please get in touch. As all of our releases are highly limited, we may be only able to offer a refund if your item is damaged in transit, but will always hold back some extras for these instances.


Do you track orders?
Yes! You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped including an Royal Mail tracking number, so you can track its progress all the way to your door.


Can I combine orders on my shipping?
Unfortunately our shop is linked directly to our shipping company, and once an order is confirmed, it can't be changed or combined with another one. We recommend double checking your purchase before finalising your order.


What determines postage rates and customs fees?
Shipping rates are determined individually based on the weight and customer location.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
